ผู้ที่ต้องการเข้าร่วมอบรม ISBA24 สามารถส่งใบสมัครผ่าน QR Code โดยจำเป็นต้องแนบจดหมายรับรองและประวัติโดยย่อ คณะกรรมการจะคัดเลือกผู้สมัครที่มีประวัติโดดเด่นจำนวนหนึ่ง โดยผู้ที่ได้รับการคัดเลือกจะได้รับการสนับสนุนจากผู้จัดงานตลอดระยะเวลาของการอบรม ทั้งค่าเดินทาง ค่าที่พัก และค่าอาหารประจำวัน
หมายเหตุ ภาษาหลักในการอบรมคือภาษาอังกฤษ ผู้เข้าร่วมจะต้องมีความเข้าใจภาษาอังกฤษเป็นอย่างดี จึงจะได้รับประโยชน์สูงสุดจากการอบรม
